These special machine employ two-stage material supply. It feeds & inject the raw material in the highly effective way & there is no waste material left inside the injection system. These machines are suitable for all kind of complicated products.
The important features of this machine are as follows :
- Special Screw mechanism preventing rubber strip rupture during feeding.
- Accurate Temp. Control at all areas before Injection.
- Precise shot control.
- Material flow with low restrictions.
- Cleaning & maintenance of all parts very easy.
- Three stage closing of mould hence less working height & fast closing.
- User-Friendly Process Control System with the help of Touch Panel Screen & PLC from OMRON / Mitsubishi (Japan).
- Injection system is based on ''FIFO'' system.
- Closed loop speed control of three Injection steps & exact positioning due to use of rotary encoders.
- Accurate Temp. regulation by PLC.
- Variable pump with proportional pressure & flow control.

Process Description
Injection Moulding combines an extruder, which heats & fluxes the rubber, with a reservoir & mould. While the rubber in the mould is curing, fresh rubber is prepared for the next cycle so that moulding is a semi-automatic process. The compounds used have to be optimized for injection moulding. They must flow through the nozzle & runner system & fill the mould under the pressure available. They should not cure before filling the mould, but cure quickly once in the mould.
Advantages of Rubber Injection Moulding Techniques
- Reduced labour costs
- Shorter cure times hence better productivity
- Better dimensional control as rubber is injected with pressure.
- More consistent mechanical properties of the product.
