- Automatic Press Control is a tool for programming an automatic production cycle by enclosing upto 5 degassing cycles and minimizing time for moulding. Lastly, the press automatically opens and a beeper signals the end of the cycle.
- Press Structure may vary and can operate in 3 shifts.

- Years of experience in production results in a compact machine.
- Built-in Driving Unit, minimum space requirement, 6 pole electric motor using circular type reductant gives smallest noise level.
- Roll Bearings are available in the form of double row taper self aligning Roller Bearings. Rolls grants sheeting width upto 0.12mm.
- Surface temperature deviations are ± 2 degree cel.
- The bearings are greased with auto-lubrication arrangement.
- Specially produced Roll Mill forbids the two rolls from affecting each other during operation.
- An emergency safety tool by a knee pedal to enhance automatic blocking the machine and to enable the rolls to be reversed about 11A of the perimeters.
- Rolls are hardchrome plated grounds and polished, surface hardness 60HRC or above (hardness depth approx. 1.5mm) roughness height of 0.5 cm.
- Maximum working temperature upto 240 degree. Most exact temperature control thanks to specialized heating systems. For electric heating, most precise automatic temperature controller and specially designed temperature sensors are used with precise denotation of working temperature which allow tolerance of ± 2 degree Celsius.
- Material guide plate developed of Teflon, heat and acid-resistant, no staining and will not do harm to the rolls as comparison with conventional bronze guide bars.
