closed rotating chamber where the mixing of raw materials takes place.
Raw materials are let into the chamber from the feeding inlet at the top
and the blended product is obtained from the exhausting outlet situated
in the lower part of the chamber. Static mixers are used for
blending polymers during plastic processing, they are used in mixing and
dispersing of polymers into high viscosity and low viscosity material. A
