and fully automatic plastic bag making machines are used to cut and seal
printed and unprinted bags; while machines with photocells are used to
manufacture printed bags, machines without photocell are used to
manufacture plain plastic bags. Most machines are manufactured with an
inbuilt adjustable counter to calculate the number of finished bags
produced per minute. These machines make use of high or low density
polyethylene film, types of BOPP, polypropylene film and other kinds of
plastic to produce specialty and customized bags. Sophisticated and
highly technical machines are used to manufacture customized poly bags
to suit individual client requirements. Various shaped plastic bags can
be used to store almost everything and pack any type of product right
from flowers to clothes, from fruit to vegetables and other perishable
products.
All machines are electronically controlled, using heat sealing for bag
side, bottom sealing and wedge shaped sealing. The machines are
generally attached to a conveyor belt for carrying plastic sheets to the
machine, being processed into bags, automatic trim cutting, pack
gathering and folding the packs. These machines have a central control
panel to monitor the manufacturing at each step.
