PET
(Poly Ethylene Terephthalate) blow moulding machines are extensively
used by beverage industry for manufacturing high quality plastic bottles
used for fruit juices, tea and other drinks. These machines are
specially designed and adopt multiple blowing steps to reduce PET
residual stress. These hydraulically operated automatic and semi
automatic machines allow frequent changing of moulds and have a
pre-heating outlet which can further be adjusted in both vertical as
well as horizontal directions to accommodate different sizes and
manufacture high quality bottles. Certain machines injection mold a
preform, which is further transferred within the machine to another
station where it is blown and then finally ejected from the machine.
