Plastic
injection moulding machines make use of plastic mouldings and cut out
the need for expensive moulds requiring long lead times
- The machine first converts the polymer material from its granular
form for liquid consistency for injection at the polymer's melting
point.
- The melted product is then put into a mould and all cavities are
filled.
- The temperature in the mould is reduced so that the liquified
material cools back the original state.
- Finally the material is ejected by removing it from the mould to
get a consistent product.
These machines fasten the process of prototyping, testing samples
and designing of new products. Plastic moulding machines are easy to
operate and are cheaper than the conventional mould machines. These
machines help to research and design new products in a much faster and
better way than the convention al moulding machines ensuring large
volume production.
