Compression
moulding machines consolidate plastic parts into a single component
which can be molded into desired shapes. The process involves placing
the compound or blend in a mould and then heated under pressure;
thereafter the product is cooled and ejected from the mould. Though the
process is cheaper than injection moulding, but is slower.
