Blown
film extrusion machines process plastic by extruding it through a
circular die and is the most common method to manufacture plastic films
which can be used for different kinds of packaging and lamination. The
melted plastic is first extruded through a die in the machine to form a
thin tube. Air is introduced in the die which blows up the tube like a
balloon, the hot film is then cooled with the help of cool air and then
it is further flattened. The machine uses plastics like HDPE/ LLDPE/LDPE
and other variety of resins to manufacture high quality films.
